This website is published by Mazette!, a limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is located at 10, rue de la Petite Pierre, 75011 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number SIRET 907 900 302 00015, represented by Juliette Buron, Managing Director.

Purpose
Mazette is a creative space offering ongoing creative activities and occasional events: special workshops and related activities, creative, artistic and recreational leisure activities for individuals and companies, as presented on its website:

The different services and the details of each event (location, dates, times, prices) are presented on the website.
Mazette also offers food and beverage products (hot drinks and soft drinks).
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale.
Mazette reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of booking.
Event Registration
Registration for workshops (excluding “open sessions”) is done via the Mazette website, subject to availability. Registration becomes final upon receipt of a confirmation email from Mazette.
No tickets will be sent by post or email. The confirmation email guarantees your participation.
Mazette reserves the right to cancel a booking if the customer’s identity or email address is incorrect.
By clicking the “Pay” button at the end of the booking process, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions.
Prices
Prices for products and services are freely set and displayed in euros, all taxes included. All prices are non-negotiable.
When selecting a product or service (event), it is added to the cart. Once the cart is validated, the customer is redirected to complete payment by credit card (Carte Bleue/Visa).
Products and Services
Mazette undertakes to fulfill orders within the limits of available stock or available places.
Images and illustrations on the website are non-contractual.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, ticketing services and gift vouchers are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are final.
You will be informed of any cancellation, postponement or significant modification of the event.
By registering for an event, you expressly waive any claim for reimbursement. However, some events may allow exchanges, which will be clearly specified in the event description.
Subscription
Subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment of 3 months.
To cancel, the customer must submit a written request via the website contact form at least 2 weeks before the next billing date and after completing the initial 3-month period.
Liability
Events involve active participation. Customers agree to follow instructions provided by Mazette.
Mazette cannot be held liable for any injury to participants or damage to their belongings during sessions, nor for loss or theft of personal items.
Mazette may use the contact details provided during booking to share information related to the event or notify any changes.
A delay of up to 10 minutes is tolerated. Beyond this, access may be refused without refund.
Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Privacy and Personal Data
Data collected during booking is used for reservation management.
Mazette ensures confidentiality and does not share data with third parties without prior consent.
Data may be used to inform customers about offers and events (e.g. newsletters).
Users can unsubscribe via the provided link.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (6 January 1978, as amended), customers have the right to access and correct their data.
Mazette may use photos and videos taken during events for promotional purposes unless the customer objects in writing.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the customer agrees to first seek an amicable solution with Mazette.
Liability Insurance
Mazette’s civil liability is covered under contract n°147863055 with MMA PRO PME.
House Rules
Customers visiting the creative studio (7 rue d’Alexandrie, 75002 Paris) acknowledge and accept these rules.
Organization
Equipment and sinks are available. Customers must respect the space, materials, and others.
Items left by customers are kept for 30 days. After this period, Mazette may donate them to charities.
Booking times must be respected. Any damaged item must be paid for by the participant.
Gift cards are valid for one year.
Participants must respect intellectual property and not reproduce protected works for commercial purposes.
Safety
Customers must not leave belongings unattended. Mazette is not responsible for theft.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Any breach of rules may result in immediate exclusion.
Accessibility
Mazette aims to be accessible to all. The main entrance and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
The team is available to assist with disabilities.
